Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim is a seasoned engineering professional with over 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Sr. Principal Field Applications Engineer at Broadcom Inc. since February 2012. In this role, Andrew supports high-speed SerDes, power delivery networks, and DDR memory interfaces, while also addressing customer challenges across XGS and key KBP products. Prior to Broadcom, Andrew held leadership and engineering roles at NetLogic Microsystems, where responsibilities included managing first-silicon bring-up, device qualification, and the development of design guidelines for network processors. Andrew began the career as a Design Engineering Assistant intern at Altera and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
