Andy Tsai, MSCS, CSM, has extensive experience in program management and software development spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Software Engineer at ACTEL from 1999 to 2006, before transitioning to Cisco Systems, where they served as a Senior Software Developer, Scrum Master, and Program Manager until 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Andy held the position of Senior Program Manager at Spirent Communications, managing multimillion-dollar product lines. They then joined Symantec as a Senior Program Manager in the Program Management Office from 2017 to 2019, where they led diverse programs including the Integrated Cyber Defense initiative. Currently, Andy is a Principal Program Manager in the Enterprise Security Group at Broadcom Inc.
