Ashfaqur Rahman

Ashfaqur Rahman is a Principal IC Design Engineer at Broadcom Inc., specializing in analog and mixed-signal circuit design for power management electronics. With extensive research experience in high temperature electronics and CMOS SiC processes, Ashfaqur has worked on various innovative projects, including next-generation wireless charger ICs and high-voltage process characterization test chips. Ashfaqur completed a Ph.D. in mixed-signal IC design from the University of Arkansas and has previously served as a lecturer and held positions at Texas Instruments and Ericsson. They have designed circuits for various processes, including 130nm and 40nm BCDCMOS.
