Bala Bharadwaj

Bala Bharadwaj has over two decades of experience in integrated circuit design, holding key roles at prominent companies in the semiconductor industry. Starting as a Microprocessor Design Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor from 1998 to 2001, Bala progressed to Signet Design Solutions as a Physical Design Engineer until 2010, where responsibilities included chip integration and timing analysis. Bala then advanced at Broadcom Corporation, serving as a Principal Engineer before becoming a Senior Principal Engineer in IC Design from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Bala is the Manager of IC Design at Broadcom Limited, a position held since February 2015. Bala holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MSc in Physics from Bangalore University.
