Carol Piccus is a dedicated IT leader currently serving as the Manager of Mainframe Business Specialists at Broadcom, where they focus on empowering customers to enhance the value of their mainframe investments. They have a strong background in managing people, processes, and technology, having previously held roles such as Mainframe Business Specialist and various positions in solutions architecture and product management. Carol earned a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. In their free time, Carol enjoys spending time with family, reading, and baking, often involving coworkers in a holiday baking schedule.
