Chris DeMarco is a Principal IC design engineer at Broadcom, specializing in functional verification since 2011. They co-developed an object-oriented verification environment to verify high-speed ethernet physical-layer devices. Previously, Chris held positions at IBM and Integrated Device Technology, where they developed critical verification environments and custom tools for protocol stack verification. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at North Carolina State University.
