Connie Chen is an experienced legal and corporate affairs executive currently serving as DGC and Managing Director of Corporate Affairs, as well as Head of Corporate Development at Broadcom since February 2018. In this role, Connie leads the execution and management of global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic transactions, including significant deals such as the $69 billion acquisition of VMware. Prior to Broadcom, Connie held several key legal positions at Cisco from April 2001 to February 2018, focusing on acquisitions and investments, and has also served as an advisor and board member for various startups and companies. Connie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University.
