Dale Kaisner

Dale Kaisner is a Distinguished Engineer at Broadcom's Emulex Connectivity Division, where they lead software engineering strategy for Fibre Channel HBAs. Previously, Dale held various leadership roles at Dell, including Senior Manager of Operating Systems Engineering and Director of Software Engineering, where they achieved significant milestones such as launching Dell’s highest quality Microsoft Windows and developing the first Cloud Converged Infrastructure product. With a strong background in engineering management and software development, Dale has consistently driven innovation and collaboration across diverse teams. Dale is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Management from Quincy University.
