Dan Mellinger

Dan Mellinger is currently the Head of Communications for the Enterprise Security Group at Broadcom, where they drive communications for Symantec's and Carbon Black's enterprise-grade security solutions. Previously, Mellinger led public relations at Cisco Secure following its acquisition of Kenna Security, and held communications roles at Fortinet Inc. and PPR Worldwide, managing public and analyst relations across various technology sectors. Mellinger began their career as a Senate Public Affairs Intern for the California Republican Party, where they engaged with media and generated communication materials. They also have experience as a Research Analyst at Ziff Davis, contributing to business technology research and marketing initiatives. Mellinger holds a B.A. in Communications: Public Relations from California State University-Sacramento.
