Drew Dressler has over 15 years of experience in systems engineering, consulting, and coaching. Initially serving as a consultant at Case Central from 2007 to 2008, Drew later held senior roles at Sutter Health and Experis before becoming a staff solutions engineer at VMware, where tenure lasted from December 2014 to November 2023. Following a period as a principal solutions architect at Broadcom from November 2023 to November 2024, Drew transitioned to the role of digital services leader focused on success and adoption at Broadcom. In addition to corporate roles, Drew has been active in coaching and mentoring, founding Leadership Series by Drew in October 2021 and contributing to Yes You Can Speak since March 2022.
