Emer O'Neill

Emer O'Neill holds extensive experience in security response and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Broadcom in the VCF Security Response Center since February 2024. Previously, O'Neill has been with VMware since June 2007, contributing to roles as Director and Global Security Response Senior Manager, responsible for leading the Global Security Response team to address emerging security issues. Additional responsibilities at VMware included managing a team of 22 engineers as Technical Support Manager and focusing on customer satisfaction and performance development. O'Neill's educational background includes an MBS in Business Practice from University College Cork and various diplomas in business management and leadership from the Irish Management Institute, alongside a certificate in Information Technology Support from Munster Technological University.
