Feng Lin

Feng (Simeon) Lin is a seasoned Senior Principal Engineer at Broadcom Limited, with extensive experience in set-top-box and cable modem system engineering, specializing in RF front-end design, development, and testing since November 2006. Responsibilities encompass hardware circuit design, firmware development for silicon tuners, ATE for DVT and PVT, and ensuring SCTE-40+ certification for internal and customer designs. Prior to Broadcom, Feng held positions at AMD as a Member of Technical Staff, leading RF front-end design for digital TV, and at Thomson as an Associate Staff Engineer, contributing to the development of the world's first ATSC network-interface module. Early career experience includes leading cable modem tuner design at Philips. Feng holds a Master of Science in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
