Frank Way is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electronic and electrical engineering. Starting a career at MILCOM Systems as an Electronic Engineer from August 1990 to June 1993, Frank then progressed to Raytheon/E-Systems as an Electrical Engineer III, where involvement included the design of RF coupler/detector circuits and ultra-compact transceivers for aircraft use. From July 1994 to July 1999, Frank served as Engineer/Scientist III at Scientific Research Corporation, leading a successful SBIR project on secure voice transmission. Since July 1999, Frank has been a Distinguished Engineer at Broadcom Inc., focusing on hardware development and RF systems integration, particularly with 802.11ax technology.
