Fred Abounader

Fred Abounader is an Engineering Performance Professional with extensive experience in system administration and engineering roles. They began their career at GE Simulation and Power Systems as a Lead DB Engineer and Instructor, where they developed visual databases for flight simulators. Fred then held positions at AMD as a System Administrator and CAD Engineer, and later as an MTS Performance Systems Engineer, before moving to Lattice Semiconductor as a CAD Systems Engineer. They are currently a Principal R&D Performance Engineer at Broadcom, while also serving as a Staff Performance Engineer at VMware, set to conclude in 2025. Fred earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University.
