Fu-Hsuan Chiu is a Senior Principal Scientist at Broadcom, where they have focused on EQ improvement for WCDMA and developed advanced decoders for 3G and 4G systems since 2008. Previously, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Texas Instruments, engaging in the design and simulation of 3GPP system algorithms from 2006 to 2008. Fu-Hsuan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
