Gary Westerland

Gary Westerland is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in program management and software engineering, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Program Management at Broadcom within the Symantec division. In this role, they mentor a team of program managers and Release Train Engineers, driving significant projects and initiatives. Previously, they held several leadership positions at Symantec, where they successfully launched a new security product that doubled bookings to $90 million and significantly expanded its customer base. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, from 1988 to 1993.
