They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Broadcom and Partner at 4T Services. Vickers has a proven track record in strategic planning, agile transformations, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. They also served on multiple non-profit boards, including as Chairman at Headwaters School and a member of the Board of Trustees at The Khabele School. Vickers earned a BA from Rowan University in 1996.
