Henry Xin

Henry Xin is a Sr. Principal Engineer at Broadcom with over 20 years of experience in technology development across the semiconductor field. Their expertise encompasses a range of devices, including HV LDMOS, III-V HEMTs, and advanced CMOS technologies, alongside extensive hands-on experience in microelectronics processing. Henry has published over 50 journal and conference papers, garnering more than 3000 citations. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and are currently pursuing advanced degrees in Semiconductor Physics and Physics at Wuhan University.
