Hua Xiang

Hua (Chelsea) Xiang is a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in high-volume semiconductor and MEMS manufacturing. Currently at Broadcom Inc., they focus on process development and tool ownership within a cleanroom environment. Previously, they held roles in quality engineering at Avantor and process engineering at Maxim Integrated, where they contributed to MEMS device reliability and process optimization. Hua earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an MS and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University, respectively.
