Ilya Akramovich

Ilya Akramovich is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in embedded software systems. Currently serving as Director of Software Systems at Broadcom since May 2006, Ilya leads a team in defining, architecting, and implementing software for high-end switching and routing solutions. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Software Systems at Broadcom, where the focus was on distributed components for advanced Ethernet chipsets, and positions at Lucent Technologies, including Embedded Software Development Manager and Principal Software Engineer, contributing to VOIP solutions and team leadership. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at LeeMah DataCom, Synapse Science Center, EcoGasEnergo Ltd, Moscow Savings Bank, and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of Russia. Ilya holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
