Inwon Suh

Inwon Suh is a Staff Scientist at Broadcom since July 2011, specializing in RF/wireless device characterization and design verification using automated test equipment (ATE). Prior to this role, Inwon served as a Graduate Teaching Associate and Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from June 2007 to June 2011, assisting undergraduate and graduate students with RF circuit design and layout, PCB fabrication, as well as conducting design and measurement analysis of RFIC oscillators and AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. An internship at Andrew Corporation in mid-2008 involved designing and testing asymmetric Doherty power amplifiers for PCS and UMTS bands. Inwon holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
