Ivy Pong

Ivy Pong is the Vice President of Global Taxation, responsible for worldwide tax planning, reporting, compliance, audit and inquiry, and local statutory compliance functions. She has held this position since September 2008. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Pong was with KLA-Tencor and Altera, where she was responsible for the International Tax function. She started her career in tax with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she spent seven years serving public high-tech clients. Ms. Pong is a senior tax executive with extensive experience in offshore tax structures, development and execution of tax strategies, foreign governmental interactions for tax incentives and rulings, transfer pricing, business restructuring and reorganizations, cash repatriation, improvement to tax processes and controls, and income tax accounting and reporting.
