Jan Silvestr

Jan Silvestr is a Staff User Experience Designer at Broadcom Inc., where they focus on UX design within the Open Mainframe and DevOps value streams. Prior to this role, Jan worked in various capacities at Česká spořitelna, including UX team lead and UX Area Lead, where they played a key role in transforming the UX team and implementing Human-Centered Design processes. Jan has a background in user research and has collaborated on multiple products, enhancing user experiences through research and design methodologies. They hold a Master’s degree in Project Management of Innovations from the Czech Technical University in Prague and have studied User Experience Design at UXWell.
