Jennifer Jameson is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in documenting enterprise security cloud products and associated technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Broadcom Inc. since November 2019, Jennifer leads projects focused on creating topic-oriented web-based help. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Symantec as a Sr. Principal Information Developer, where documentation for both on-premises and cloud-based security products was developed. Earlier experience includes positions at Xylan/Alcatel, Sonoma Systems/Retix, and Infonet, encompassing responsibilities such as supervising a writing team and producing user documentation for network hardware and telecommunications software.
