Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President Human Resources at Broadcom Inc., Jill is responsible for strategic HR activities globally. Prior to this, Jill held senior HR positions at Lumen Technologies and Honeywell, focusing on compensation, benefits, analytics, and HR operations. Turner also provided HR business partner support for various business units across different locations and industries. With a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, their expertise lies in driving HR initiatives and supporting business functions through strategic HR practices.
