Jim Roos is currently the Head of Customer Engineering at Broadcom Inc., a position held since 2019. Prior to this, Jim gained extensive experience at Symantec from 2011 to 2018, serving as Director of Engineering and in other managerial roles. Jim also served as Mayor of the City of Palos Verdes Estates from 2022 to 2023, after being a City Council Member. Jim's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
