Jinchao Yang

Jinchao Yang is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading diverse teams in the technology sector. At Broadcom Inc. since February 2016, Jinchao oversees the DCSG Networking & Storage DevOps team, managing engineers across multiple states. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineering Manager at Avago Technologies and as a Software Engineering Manager at NetApp, where Jinchao managed teams and projects for major OEM accounts. Jinchao has also held roles at LSI, where significant achievements include managing high-stakes projects and developing external RAID storage products. Educational credentials include a PhD in Chemistry and a Master's in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, along with an MBA from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's in Applied Physics from East China University of Science and Technology.
