Joel Feldman

Joel Feldman is a Product Development Manager at Broadcom, where they leverage their extensive experience in managing globally-distributed Scrum teams and overseeing complex software projects. Previously, they served as Director of Development at Vertical Communications, Inc. and Artisoft, where they contributed to the development of award-winning Windows-based applications and facilitated the adoption of Scrum methodologies across large engineering teams. With an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, they have also held key roles at VMware, Symantec, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, achieving significant technological advancements and earning multiple patents throughout their career.
