John Chamberlain serves as Vice President of Engineering for the ECD division at Broadcom Inc. since May 2015, overseeing all engineering aspects of Fibre Channel and Ethernet product lines. Previously, John was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Emulex from November 2006 to May 2015, managing teams responsible for hardware and software development related to Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters. Prior to that, John held the position of Vice President Engineering at ADIC for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included strategic direction and engineering alignment with corporate goals for a $450 million company. John’s career also includes a role as Vice President Engineering at E-Systems Garland Division of Raytheon and as Project Engineer on the Commercial Remote Sensing System Project. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
