John Holowczak

John Holowczak is an experienced security researcher and software engineer currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Broadcom. Previously, John held roles at VMware as a Threat Researcher and at Carbon Black, Inc. as a Senior Threat Analyst, contributing to multiple aspects of computer and network security. John completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has also gained diverse experience as a Research and Development Intern at 3M Health Information Systems and as DJ Training Director at WMUA 91.1 FM. Skilled in program analysis, malware reverse engineering, and threat hunting, John has a strong background in security operations.
