John Riddle

Sr. Support Account Manager

John Riddle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and account management. From February 1999 to January 2023, John worked at IBM Security as a Software Engineer and currently serves as the Business Development Lead for the IBM Accelerated Value Program, focusing on IBM BigFix, Guardium, and Fiberlink, while also supporting the Citibank contract. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Manager - Services at HCL Technologies within the HCL Software Division. Since January 2023, John has been employed at Broadcom Software as a Sr. Support Account Manager. John Riddle holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1987 and 1993.
