Jonathan Gilbert

Jonathan Gilbert has extensive experience in employee stock plan consulting and legal support within the context of mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Employee Stock Plan Consultant at Broadcom Inc. since 2014, Jonathan has been responsible for evaluating operational differences in M&A transactions, analyzing international tax compliance issues, and developing award agreements among other tasks. Prior roles include Vice President-Law at Broadcom, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Alliance Advisors, and senior advisory positions at Proxy Advisory Group, where Jonathan reviewed proxy statements and provided compliance advice. Earlier in career, Jonathan held legal roles at LSI and Lucent Technologies, focusing on SEC disclosures and corporate governance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
