Joong-Ho Kim

Joong-Ho Kim is a seasoned Technical Lead in Hardware Engineering at Broadcom Inc. since September 2022, previously serving as a Professor in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at the University of Ulsan. With extensive experience in hardware engineering, Joong-Ho Kim held significant positions at SK hynix, Samsung Electronics, Xilinx, Rambus, and Intel, focusing on memory systems, package design, and system architecture. Notable achievements include leading the development of next-generation memory systems and ensuring high-speed signal integrity across various platforms and technologies. Joong-Ho Kim earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
