Justin Bastin

Justin Bastin is a Global AIOps Solution Advisor at Broadcom since July 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Dell Technologies, where Justin served as an Engineering Technologist, Corporate System Engineer, and Performance Engineer from July 2013 to July 2024. Prior to Dell Technologies, Justin was a Lead IT Analyst at Sherwin-Williams from January 2011 to May 2013 and an Engineering Services Architect at CA Technologies from May 2009 to January 2011. Earlier in Justin's career, an extensive tenure at Sherwin-Williams from October 2003 to May 2009 included the position of System's Programmer/Analyst. Justin enhanced leadership skills through participation in the SmithBucklin Leadership Institute from 2015 to 2016.
