Karen C. has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in compliance and operational management. At Broadcom since November 2019, Karen C. leads the HR Operations Team for the Americas, overseeing various functions including staffing, immigration, and compliance. Prior to Broadcom, Karen C. spent over 13 years at Symantec, managing HR compliance and data privacy programs, while also handling ISMS management for ISO27001 certification. Early in Karen C.’s career, significant roles at Sun Microsystems involved EEO compliance, data auditing, and employee communications. Karen C. holds a BA in Organizational Management & Psychology from Ashford University and has further education from De Anza College.
