Kent Button is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources Operations at Broadcom, Kent has held key leadership roles at VMware, including VP of Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Previous positions also include Talent Acquisition Leadership at Providence Health & Services, Director of Talent Engagement at T-Mobile, and various staffing roles at Microsoft. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Washington State University.
