Kiran Mova is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software architecture and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Kubernetes at Broadcom Software, Kiran previously led the Open Source Engineering team for VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, significantly expanding team contributions and scaling operations from India. As a co-founder and Chief Software Architect at MayaData, Kiran played a key role in architecting the OpenEBS open source project and managing engineering efforts. Prior to this, Kiran held senior engineering roles at CloudByte, NetIQ, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, and Wipro Technologies, showcasing a strong background in system design, development, and project management. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gulbarga University.
