Kotesh Adusumilli

Kotesh Adusumilli is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Broadcom since November 2023. Previously, Kotesh held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at VMware from February 2009 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading engineering and DevOps teams for Tanzu Mission Control and overseeing a 200+ member global team for VMC on AWS, contributing significantly to VMware's subscription revenue growth. Kotesh also served as Director of Engineering at VMware, expanding the team size and launching global data centers, and as Senior Engineering Manager, managing teams delivering crucial features for vSphere. Earlier career experiences include roles as Staff Software Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager at 3Leaf Systems, Staff Engineer and Software Architect at Tarari, and Senior Software Engineer at Intel Corporation. Kotesh holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
