Lavina Kuek

Lavina Kuek is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in quality engineering and management, currently serving as Director of QA Engineering at Broadcom since November 2000. Lavina has demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing supply chain systems and product quality while employing LEAN SIX SIGMA methodologies for process improvements. Prior to Broadcom, Lavina held significant positions at Texas Instruments as Senior Customer Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included managing key customer accounts and leading quality improvement programs, and at Adaptec as Supplier Quality Engineer, focusing on supplier compliance and performance. Early career roles included Associate Engineer at Philips SMT and Production Supervisor at Matsushita Electronic Materials Inc., where Lavina managed production teams and enhanced manufacturing processes. Lavina holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
