Lei Zhou

Lei Zhou is a Senior Engineering Manager at Broadcom Limited, where they have built and managed a team focused on DFT and physical design implementation for ASIC chips since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Lei has a proven track record in IP test module design, high-volume baseband ASIC products, and AI solutions for Tier 1 customers. They have also held engineering roles at companies such as Infineon Technologies, Freescale Semiconductor, Avago Technologies, and LSI Corporation, contributing significant expertise in DFT, STA/timing, and physical design. Lei earned an MBA from the School of Management at Fudan University between 2019 and 2022.
