Lenn Thompson

Lenn Thompson is a seasoned program lead for community and virtual events in the Broadcom Mainframe Division. Previously, they served as a community manager and strategist at CA Technologies, where they directed community programs to align with business goals while enhancing customer experience. With a robust background in digital content strategy, Lenn authored CA's inaugural digital content strategy and managed website content and messaging. They began their career as a webmaster at ProcureNet and have also held positions as a marketing writer and interactive marketing manager. Lenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Creative Writing from Allegheny College and a Master's degree in Professional Writing, Interaction Design, and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
