Malcolm Layton is a seasoned Program, Project, and Product Delivery Leader with over 15 years of experience in AI-powered product development and public sector transformation. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Executive at Broadcom, they previously co-founded and led product initiatives at Fortifyedge, specializing in AI for critical sectors such as Space and Defence. Malcolm has held leadership roles across various organizations, driving agile transformations and stakeholder engagement, and has transformed workflows at eHealth NSW. They hold a Master’s Degree in Technology from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Diploma in Business Management from TAFE, with additional studies in Technology Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
