Manju R has extensive experience in systems software and firmware development, beginning as a Systems Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from June 2005 to May 2008, where work focused on Cluster File Systems and Logical Storage Manager within the Tru64 Unix Filesystems team. Subsequently, Manju held various positions at LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, from September 2011 to January 2013, including Firmware Development Engineer for MegaRAID platforms and later as Technical Lead for firmware development of MegaRAID 12G SAS RAID Firmware. Since March 2015, Manju has been with Broadcom Inc., initially as Manager of R&D before advancing to Sr Manager of R&D Software, overseeing MegaRAID HBA Firmware engineering across multiple platforms. Academic qualifications include a BE in Computer Science from Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering and an Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
