Mark Koh currently serves as the Head of Global Customer Marketing at Broadcom, leading initiatives such as the Broadcom Rewards program and the Broadcom Customer Achievement Awards while overseeing APJ programs like the VMware User Group. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at VMware, including Head of Global Customer Loyalty Programs and Customer Content, where responsibilities spanned customer advocacy and appreciation initiatives. Mark's marketing expertise extends back to senior management positions focused on customer references and digital marketing in the Asia Pacific region. Experience also includes managerial roles at Ogilvy Public Relations and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, managing significant technology accounts. Mark holds a B.A. with Merit in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore.
