Mathew Arnell

Mathew Arnell has extensive experience in sales and management, beginning with a sales role at Coastal Capital from 1997 to 1999. Arnell then served as Vice President of Business Development at OperationIT from February 2000 to November 2016, where responsibilities included team management, goal setting, and creating motivational programs in a client-focused environment. Since November 2016, Mathew has held various positions at Broadcom, currently serving as Head of AOD NetOps Support and previously as Product Support Manager - NetOps. In these roles, Arnell oversees support representatives to enhance customer experiences and maintains accountability for business objectives, staffing, and performance. Mathew holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an MA in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
