Matthew Fischer

Matthew Fischer is the Technical Director at Broadcom Limited, a position held since 2015. They previously served as an Associate Technical Director and in various engineering roles at Broadcom from 2004 to 2011. Matthew has been a participant in IEEE 802.11 Standards since 1994, contributing to the development of wireless networking protocols. They began their career at AMD, where they worked as a Sr. MTS from 1984 to 1999. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1979 and 1983.
