Matthew George

Matthew George is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the fiber optic communication field. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Broadcom since August 2012, Matthew focuses on designing and developing 100G and 400G fiber optic transceiver modules and automated test systems. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Product Applications at Multiplex, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed product development and marketing, as well as positions at notable companies like 3COM, Lucent Technologies, and JDS Uniphase. Matthew holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, earned between 1987 and 2005.
