Mehmet Basoglu

Mehmet Basoglu is a Principal IC Design R&D Engineer at Broadcom Inc., where they work on 2.5D and 3D multi-die IC chip designs, high-speed PHY interfaces, and GDDR6 memory systems. Previously, they held various positions at Broadcom, including Senior IC Design Engineer and IC Design Engineer II, focusing on memory PHY interfaces and systems supporting multiple protocols. Mehmet has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin and has experience as a Lab Assistant at UC Berkeley and UC Irvine. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
