Mike Maletic

Mike Maletic is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Broadcom Inc. since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing a team of attorneys focused on commercial transactions and product counseling for the hardware and software business units. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Apple from March 2010 to July 2020, including Senior Manager on the Strategic Deals Team, where oversight included inbound technology licensing and R&D partnerships, as well as a managerial role in DRAM memory procurement and significant contributions to commercial and regulatory matters as Principal Products Counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, specializing in media and commercial litigation, and a diverse pre-legal background in graphic design and dramaturgy. Mike received a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies from Swarthmore College.
