Mohan Kalkunte

Mohan Kalkunte is a Vice President (Architecture) and Broadcom Fellow at Broadcom Limited, where they have held prominent roles since 2013, including Senior Director and responsibility for architecture definition across all switching products. With extensive experience in Ethernet switching, system architectures, and networking protocols, they previously held positions at AMD, Nortel, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Kalkunte is also an IEEE Fellow and a member of the National Academy of Engineering, set to be recognized in 2025. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Operations Research from The Ohio State University, alongside degrees from Syracuse University and Bangalore University.
